Refund Process

Request a Return
Contact us at support@huconn.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 1 business day with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Ship the Item
Pack the item securely in its original packaging with the RMA number clearly marked. Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Inspection & Refund
Once received, we inspect the item within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
