By accessing or using the HUCONN online store at shop.huconn.com (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

HUCONN Co., Ltd. ("HUCONN," "we," "us") is a company registered in Daegu, South Korea. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.

• All product descriptions and specifications are provided for informational purposes. While we strive for accuracy, we do not warrant that descriptions, images, or pricing are error-free.
• Prices are listed in USD unless otherwise indicated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Orders already confirmed are honored at the price at the time of purchase.
• Product availability is subject to change. We reserve the right to limit quantities or refuse orders at our discretion.

• Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order.
• Payment is processed securely through Shopify Payments. We do not store your credit card information on our servers.
• Order confirmation is sent via email upon successful payment. This constitutes acceptance of your order and formation of a binding contract.

• Our products are industrial electronic components intended for use by qualified engineers and technicians. You are responsible for ensuring products are suitable for your intended application.
• HUCONN shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products, including but not limited to lost profits, data loss, or equipment damage.
• Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.
• Products are not certified for use in life-support systems, nuclear facilities, or other safety-critical applications unless explicitly stated in the product documentation.

All content on the Site — including text, images, logos, datasheets, firmware, and software — is the property of HUCONN or its licensors (including Telechips Inc. for TOPST brand materials). You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

You agree to comply with all applicable export control laws and regulations. Certain products may be subject to export restrictions based on the destination country. It is your responsibility to ensure compliance with the import laws of your jurisdiction.

Any dispute arising from these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Daegu, South Korea.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted on the Site with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
