Shipping Policy
We ship worldwide via DHL Express and FedEx International. All orders are processed within 1–2 business days from our facility in Daegu, South Korea.

Customs, Duties & Taxes
Import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees levied by the destination country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost. We recommend checking with your local customs authority for specific rates applicable to electronic components and development boards (HS code: 8471.50 / 8542.31).

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed after 2:00 PM KST are processed the next business day.
Tracking
A tracking number is emailed within 24 hours of shipment. Track your order via DHL or FedEx directly.
Packaging
All products are shipped in anti-static packaging with industrial-grade protection for sensitive electronic components.
Bulk & OEM Orders
For orders exceeding 50 units or custom OEM configurations, we offer dedicated logistics arrangements including palletized freight, DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) terms, and priority production scheduling.
